If coordinating outfits isn't your forte, I promise it's not going to make or break the photos. The most important factor in making this a fruitful experience for YOU, key word, is keeping everyone happy. Even if you're wearing the most stylish outfits and the evening yields the most beautiful sunset, it won't mask capturing the frowns, tears and resentment, so when Johnny doesn't want to wear the sweater in 90 degree weather, maybe skip the sweater. Just make sure you have a backup, ideally one that you know he won't mind, that way you can avoid the meltdown altogether.
